We also facilitated the recruitment of Nurses to US till 2007 when PR visas were available .Our Training centres are located in Kerala, which is the highest skilled nurse producing state in India. We undertake large contracts from MNCs for their nurse BPO sourcing and training requirements. We had acted as the exclusive and lead consultants to Accenture ( India) for sourcing, training, Exam certification and background clearance for nurses for their BPO project in Bangalore and is also empaneled with Cognizent to source qualified nurse candidates for their outsourced back office medical operations.

Services Rendered
Sourcing Consultation: Assisting client, in sourcing related activities for nurse trainees through recruitment drives. Nclex Training: 8 hours daily (Mon – Sat) for approx 3 to 6 months( Depending on candidate proficiency in internal exam).The course covers a question data base of 25,000.Minimum batch size is – 20-25 candidates
Documentation Assistance: Assistance to candidate for Nclex exam Registration and certification. Jurisprudence Training plus Assistance (if required): Conducting online exam (after passing Nclex) – 1 week.
Basic Computer training + Typing skills: 1hr/day Medical English Listening skills: Use of medical audio Files in American accent- 1hr/day
Professional Conduct course/ Culture orientation: After passing Nclex – 2 days
