Sample Simulation

Some of the activities that may be conducted are as follows:

Raft Building

Can we make a raft with bamboos and vehicle tubes and actually cross a lake using the raft? The participants are asked to design, build and operate a raft with limited resources. The market forces of supply, demand and prices are built into the scenario. The activity focuses on idea generation, leveraging of strengths, leadership, managerial skill, communication and team synergy.

Rough Terrain Trek

For those used to sitting in front of computer monitors all through the year, trekking up a steep hill may seem impossible. Get on to it as a Team, and you find that even the most daunting tasks and toughest of obstacles become incredibly easier.

Pipe Line

Can we make an effective and efficient delivery pipe line? It might appear to be a simple game of marbles and pipes with lots of fun. In reality it proves to be an activity which requires detailed planning, identification of critical areas, coordination and communication dynamics, the need for periodic review of processes and a Leadership role with respect to big picture.

Spider Web

Imagine getting through few ropes tied like a spider web. The challenge in this activity is not really the physical strength, but raising the team to an extraordinary level of trust, planning, communication and coordination.

Island Hopping

Swinging maximum to achieve individual glory may not benefit the team or the individual. The key in this game is how to leverage the each members strength for the best results for the team.

Helium Stick

The task looks exceedingly simple to place on the ground a light stick. How different perception and reality are, understanding each other view point and the need for enormous team work and coordination become evident in this activity.

Cross Over

Teams crossing over a square with limited resources and considerable limitations. It is an activity which tests the teams collaboration, communication, ownership, Leadership and delegation.
